This contemporary 3 storey town residence was designed to maximize spaces on this on a 7 metre wide block. Contrasting finishes, use of commercial anodized window frames, angled walls and rooflines made this new residence right at home in chic South Yarra. The pool and outdoor living areas were closely integrated into the design, and once again, this project was taken by the team at m2dc from concept, through Town Planning, and onto specification development and final construction.
