The  development of these 3 and 2 storey townhouses  grew from an initial design brief, through to concept, town planning and onto construction. Inspired by the nautical history of Port Melbourne, the team at m2dc had to be at its creative best  to maximize the small site, and the reluctance of council for the development. Maximizing aspect, use of light, and  choices of interior finishes were all used to enhance the spaces of these homes.
